Irena Sendler was a Christian Social Worker who took great risks to rescue 2,500 Jewish children away from the Warsaw ghetto under WWII Nazi death camp plans. Come and learn how she impacted the lives of Jewish children. All performances are in authentic first person, in costume, Chautauqua style. Discussions can be held after the performace both in character and as a scholar out-of-character.
