In this class the student will learn how to make a fresh yeast dough from scratch.  Learning proper mixing, proofing and shaping techniques in making the perfect crust.  The next step for the aspriring culinary artist is to make a fresh Italian pizza. The class will also create their own sauce making and demonstrating culinary slicing skills in making a fresh salad,  The students will be able to take home their creations to show off their culinary masterpieces!
